Hydraulic and electric wall saws
Hydraulic wall saw TG1200
The motor/circular blade group is connected to a slide supported by two chrome-plated steel columns. The slide is fitted with two bronze bushes which eliminate all play between them and the steel columns over which the slide moves. As a result of this system, stability is exceptional and vibration is not transmitted to the circular blade. Unlike other devices in which the blade overhangs the support points. To ensure that the system is not too heavy to handle, the wall saw can be split into two parts using a quick-assembly.
Conical dovetail joint (which can be assembled and dismantled in 5 seconds) to get round the problem and maintain the machine's additional advantages. Being able to split the wall saw into two with a super quick-assembly conical joint makes for an extremely hard-wearing, streamlined device which is lighter than usual and can be put together by a single operator. All these features makes the Fast Verdini wall saws more productive, as
well as guaranteeing the bets possible working conditions and savings on blades thanks to its outstanding stability. The trolley slides over the runners by means of four bushes mounted on ball bearing: the bushes are "V" shaped to laminate all play between the grooves and the same. Two of the bushes rotate by means of a cam to enable them to be fitted on the trucks.
MPF 320 electric wall saws
MPF320 combi with Ø 800 mm or Ø 900 mm diamond blades for depth of 330 or 380 mm and able to cut with diamond wire too.
Can be assembly by a single operator, since the device splits into two parts thanks to a conical dovetail joint which can be assembled and dismantled in 5 seconds. With diamond blade cuts reinforced concrete and masonry directly to depth of between 5 and 8 cm for each cut till 38 cm depth.

Core drilling machines
Core drilling machines can be equipped with core bits for dead holes Ø 25 ÷ 300/400 mm. Core bits for through continual holes are also available with Ø 25 ÷ 200 mm, to bore up to 20 ÷ 30 m in depth. Three and single phase motors.
